I have a 00 Civic Si, currently in there are factory headlights, a while back I install some HID's I got off HT that came out of a Acura TL. Part # HLB351D12-3SE for the ballast, and HLC351D12-3SE for the Ignitors. When I got them years ago and installed them I ONLY had low beams. The guy who helped me install them at the time told me it was common cause there not made for the car, etc etc. Well after a year or so the bulbs have gone out and I took them out and put the factories back in. Now im back into wanting my HID's back in there, but dont want to put them in unless I have high beams as well. Can anyone help me with this issue? Some people tell me its because of the bulbs, some say I cant get high beams with this set, and yatta yatta yatta. Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to get to get high beams with this set IF POSSIBLE?
