CARB Legal turbo kit?

Sorry about the half an answer. I believed there was, however going over the list there are not.
You might want to call some of the manufactures like Edelbrock and Greedy and see if they have them or if the plan too. That list might not be up to date also.
Unless anyone has heard that CARB is not going to let turbos be legal. I haven't.

there are currently no kits out there that are CARB legal. Even the biggest distributer of turbo kits, Dezod Motorsports, dont even have a CARB legal turbo system. No one wants to support the D17 so youll have trouble getting a CARB legal kit.

no you wouldnt. if your using a piggyback and a cat, as long as you pull your WG spring and not run boost, youll be fine. Even if you run boost, as long as it isnt high and your not throwing codes, youll be fine. If your really concerned about emissions, do a swap.
