how tightly screwed do the oil fittings have to be?
the 3-way tee's on the oil feed for me seem to only go about 3/4 way. there is still threading left to see, but its as tight as my hand can turn it. i had to put the tee on the sending unit already before i screwed in an oil pressure sender there, but i can only tighten that so much, giving the small space of room my hand has to work w/ up there, and a wrench serves no good cuz the sender is round. will i be OK?
yes just make sure you use some teflon tape. i don't think mine went in all the way but i used teflon and i don't have a drop of oil
do this, install the oil press sender in the tee first..then install the tee in the block..
it's not gonna go all the way in, the threads are different, BSPT and NPT, but a teflon tape would do the job...
use a monkey wrench, a small one...like about 2-3 " long, get it at auto zone near the checkout counter, believe it or not, those thing somes in handy in a tight *** spaces behind the block

yeah, i was thinking that, and i tried it, butt there was no way i could screw the tee onto the block with that unit in the way.
make sure it's tight. hand tight doesn't cut it, at least for me it didn't, leaked a wee bit. i'm sure this is obvious, but just take off the oil filter, and it'll give you just barely enough room for some type of wrenchy.
