Default Rywire engine harness for B series in EF- What pins were swapped at dizzy connector?

On the Rywire engine harness for a B18C in an EF, what pins on the distributor connector were flipped or need to be flipped? Ive heard they did this at the connector so you didnt have to run to more pins to the ecu so it would be easier.

Anybody heard of this?
