To clarify, I'm looking for the harness that leads from all 4 of the rear bulbs via the sockets and on to a harness clip/connector on each side of the car.

It's Part # 4 here...

Honda wants ~$60 for the pair (L & R side). Is this about as good as it gets on a price or are there other alternatives?

Anyone have any experience with this?

Try finding one on eBay or on here. It's going to be difficult to find one online used that's not with the taillights.

You might want to try a salvage yard.
