Need some wiring help on EDM Hazard switch - anyone know how to wire this into the wiring for the us crx hazard switch since this only has 6 connections.

i have compared the wiring diagrams for both EDM and USDM and it appears that the only difference is that the USDM has a light inside the switch that is not in the EDM - the wires for the light are the red and the red/black - all of the other pins are the same

 

the problem im having is that there are like I think 8 or 9 wires that were on my hazard switch and the edm only has 6 pins and could you shoot me a link where you found the edm wiring at please

 

this is wiring diagram for EDM - where it says "hazard warning light - european model only", i believe this means that it doesn't have this light on the UK model

well we got it working we had to hit up radio shack and pic up a project box and 3 mini relays and a couple diodes - alot of **** just for a damn hazard switch but I had no choice at the time since I broke my old one the red edm switch does look nicer though

 

so how did u wire it?
