Skunk2 turbo stage 2 cams, timing

So I've got some of these cams and they didn't come with any info. When I degree them, how many degrees BTDC/ATDC do I need to set the centrelines?

Stage 2 turbo = Intake 104 ATDC and Exhaust 110 BTDC

Yes, that's their recommended center.
