Im having a hard time figuring out what would be the best harness and ecu for my project.

Heres what I have, 93 dx, JDM ITR swap, P73. Now I know the harness wont fit (rhd). Can I convert it? Or should I buy an usdm itr? Or what else will work?
As for the ecu, Id like to stick with the p73 but is obd2

why would you want to use a obd2 ecu when the obd1 is plug and play?

you can extend wires or get a usdm harness, pretty straightforward.

 

Any year harness for you obd model will work just fine. If you want the lease hassle find one that was vtec

 

Well, what would be the best obd1 ecu for the itr? Reason id like to run the p73 is just that the fact I have it. This is my first honda so i'm a little out there


So what would be a good harness? I saw someone running a d16y8 harness on a itr. I'm just a bit confused with all this obd jumbo mumbo

 

Find your self an obd1 vtec ecu and have it chipped for your application
