back deck in 96-98 civic
Anyone else with a sub have HORRIBLE rattling coming from the rear deck? Will just plain ol dynamat work for this, or will i need something else in there. Also, what has anyone used to prevent the 3rd brake light from vibrating against rear glass?
I do also, with a 98. Actually a little peice inside my tailight broke off due to the bass, and my rear bumper seams to be slightly loosening from time to time from the bass. It rattles like hell, but i havent had any problem with the 3rd brake light, you could probably move it back alittle bit somehow so its not touching the glass. I'd like to know if anybodys had any success with dynomat also
I have a slight problem on the outside with the spoiler/brake light but I dont notice it inside. Put rubber stickems under the areas that have paint rubbed off it will prevent the decklid from vibrating as bad, and make sure the clamps are tight that latch it, mine vibrated loose. ( but I never had the bumper thing!)
You can get rubber and felt at arts and crafts places for like a dollar!
