Default 98 Prelude Emblem Deck Lid

This prob a funny question but i just bought a 98 prelude and the guy before me put a R emblem where the H should be on the deck lid and i would rather put a h back on there

so my question is how do i take off the R emblem without scratching my paint?

thanks

If it's anything like original Honda badges they're held on by two nipples (tee-hee) and 2-sided adhesive.

Take dental floss and a hair dryer outside, heat up the badges enough that you can slide the floss behind them to lift it off the paint, then pull the badge off to release the nipples. Take "goo-gone" or another type of residue removal product to take off the excess adhesive. Slap your original badge on, wax the area.

You're done. Enjoy less rice today!
