my friend has some 94 accord 7 spoke rims. I'm wanting to get him some tuner lugs but the ones i see everywhere say they don't work with stock wheels. Does that mean they won't work with the rims he has?

Your friend has stock wheels.

The lugs you want say they don't work with stock wheels.

2 + 2 = 4?

You need acorn style lugs, there are few aftermarkets that use that.

The lugnuts that say they wil not work with OEM wheels will, in fact, not work with OEM wheels....at least not very well.
