Default Identifying a leak (back passenger brakes)

I backed into my parking spot today after work and noticed my back rim had a exceptional amount of brake dust plastered on it while my other 3 where perfectly clean. I got under the car to take a closer look and I noticed my inside wheel well and inside of the tire are wet .

Looks like the leak is coming from where the brake line enters to the rotor (abs possibly also this might be why my abs light is on?).

Can anyone confirm if this is the abs or regular brake line.

Pictures (Sorry about the size of the picture I just got my camera so i'm a newb).

Where the leak is coming from:

What it's doing to my rim lol:

Thanks for any input again sorry for the size of the pics .

Edit: It's a 1992 Honda Prelude Si'
