Default Oil Leak with pic

Hi Folks,
First off I have to say this is one great site. I've learned so much from reading the how to's and threads. I've done the main relay fix, my front brakes, and the idle valve. Awesome community you have here. Great work to all.
But I'm stuck on this one. I've read through most of the oil leak problems, but mine is a little different.
I have a 1994 honda accord with 289k kms that I bought 5 years ago.
The picture was taken looking up at the oil filter from below. The oil is mostly leaking at that round raised thingy right under the oil filter. What is it? Can I fix it by tighten it? Or do I remove it and put hondabond on the threads and put it back? I don't loose alot of oil, maybe a 1/2 a quart over a month. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I also have two questions.
A lot of the oil leak threads talk about an oil cooler O ring, excuse my noobiness, but do I have an oil cooler at the oil filter. It doesn't look like it on my honda.
And what is the hose on the left of the oil filter.
The oil leak only started after I did an oil change and added 5w20 oil that was for my focus. Yes I'm a goof, and it was too cold to change it out.

Opps, but I can't seem to insert my image. It's not asking for a location after I press the insert image icon.

to post an image you first need to upload the image onto a host website like PhotoBucket. Then copy the images URL and paste it between the ][ brackets in the image tag.

Since I don't recall the part under the filter you are describing I'll wait to see a picture.

here you go...

Oil looks to be coming from higher up. Look above the oil filter, if need be use a small mirror. Look around the oil pressure sending unit.

Also, try cleaning the block, drive the car and then look back under there. See if you can locate where the oil is coming from.

With that amount of oil toward the face of the engine, a person might want to look from the top and see if there is oil on the small shelf behind the valve cover [drivers side]
It could be a cam seal leaking.

Your engine does not have the oil cooler at the base of the oil filter

accord uses 5w 30 not 5w-20, that is too thin for your accord
