Default AEM Cold Air help!

I have a AEM cold air intake installed in my 02 sedan. The problem is that the intake comes up for the engine and then down which blocks any potential strut bar from being installed. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if there was any other way around it. I know on the website AEM has a new titanium strut bar that looks like it could make it around the top of the intake closer to the base of the windshield but when I asked them about it they basically just went around my question. Can anyone help, I would really like to solidfy my front by adding a strut bar. Thanks.

The piping is made that way to come up from the engine like that. Cant change the pipe.

a rubber spacer defeats the purpose of the stability of the bar imo ... just get the neuspeed which clears for the intake or even the dc sports strut bar

Is that what you have on your car? I went to the website, I cant find anything on the cold air intake you are talking about. Where did you get it?
