Im installing rear discs on my 96 ek hatch....correct me if im wrong, the Ebrake cables from an eg with rear discs will work with my ek?

 

Depends on what cable they used? I know majority of people use the integra e-brake cable.

 

From what i've heard the eg and ek are not interchangable. You'll need to get either SI or Integra cables to bolt to you chasis.

They do work. Atleast the ones from the coupe do

 

From experience, I have used 99-00 Si rear disc brakes and the e-brake cables are a perfect fit!

As have I. Si cables are designed exactly for that chassis (obviously ).

 

OK, here's the thing, they are all the same.
92-00 civic and 94-01 integras w/rear disc brake share all the same (exc. 4dr).
speaking through experience, they all are the same lenth and bolt up the same way at the same points with the same bends in them.
