dont know what is wrong with the car....when revin it up it surges under low rpm (while reving) the only way for it not to do it is to just crack on it to wot.....i have NO idea ive been messin around for a few ngihts now and still no luck anythoughts? it is not tps i have put another one on it that was known to be a good one.this is on a d16a6 si crx...no cels

 

also i thought id add it dont do it under load lmao!.....any one?

It could be alots of thing. If your car has not had a good tune up for some time, do that first.
