I have a friend that might sell me "NEW" Tokico's HP Series shocks. The front shocks on the 94 RS are in time for a change and he is selling it to me at a good price. Question?

They said 1.5 drop- does that mean I would have to get new lower spring and cant use the OEM on the car. Also, reading that they might also need a new sway bar.(do I) I am just looking for anyone who has these shock and might give me some inside. I'm looking for something OEM or close. Do these fit the bill?

If not, I was thinking about Koni shock. They cost more, but mighe be the way to go.
