My car is a 97 EX coupe. My friend is parting out his 97 special edition sedan. I wanted to buy his Apexi WS exhaust, but I wanted to make sure there were no differences between the 2 exhaust systems on these cars. I searched but didn't find any definite answers on here.

Same size car, I think you should be fine.

Worst case is you weld an extra extension or cut out a piece.

 

I just looked on Apexi wesite & they list it as the same model for DX, LX, & EX. Thanks for the help though. I guess I should've checked there 1st.

 

Yeah they're the same length car so I wouldn't see a problem with it.

Once you go to the 98+ there are some differences.
