Can anyone point me to a place where I can get just one. I bought a hatch that had three, the fourth was beyond repair. I need to get another to match.

Its a 15x6.5 with a ET 40. Silver with a polished lip.

i know those have been discontinued for a while. your best bet is probably ebay or keep an eye out on craigslist.
