ok so i pulled my heatercore out today and i started removing all the wiring for the setup. i can across a metal box mounted on the side of the heatercore i was just wondering what that box does and if i need it. also with me removing all the heatercore wiring will that effect anything with the car ? i removed all the wiring by removing the pins directly from the connectors so their will be no wires hanging anywhere
