Default Removing My EVAP Canister

Hey, I'm a new poster and I've read some of the old posts about removing the EVAP system. I'm removing it for two reasons, 1. I'm doing a wire tuck/cleaning up my engine bay 2. I have the Skunk2 Pro IM and the vacuum hose is plumbed directly into cylinder number 1 (or maybe its 4) anyways its the far right cylinder.

So, is there anyone that has done this? I have a P28 chipped with Chrome (sucks!) so throwing a code isn't a problem. Are there any chances of engine trouble or damage from removing this system?

Thanks!
Here are some pics of my setup

All I can say is that I have had my canister disabled since '01 daily driven with zero issues, don't worry about engine damage.
