Default manual tensioner conversion on h22a4

i have a h22a4 and want to use the manual tensioner off a complete h23 i have. do i just use all the parts for the tensioner or do i change the water pump gear and lower crank gear also because i noticed the h23 tensioner whell is bigger than the h22, please, any help is appreciated

you only have to change the water pump, oil pump and timing gear if you use the h23 block.

Im assuming the a4 block is the same as the a on the outside. that being said all you hafta do is change out the tensioner parts. theres a write up on here if you search: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=549516
