I have a 1990 honda accord EX 4dr. The Gauges didnt work when I bought it and dont know why, (really doesnt help when I need to know when I need gas). But they do work, they are off, I start the car and the speedometer jumps to 35mph and 2 rpm, the temp is always way above hot and the gas gauge goes all over the place. when I drive i have to subtract 35 from the speed im at to know how fast im going. what could cause this?

Also there is no cigarette lighter at all, the cord is there but I need a new one, anyone know how I could get a new one? Besides resorting to a junkyard?

My Fuel pump recently went out, soooo I replaced it. Now it wont come on at all, doesnt come on when you put it in starter position, the car turns over and everything else is ok. The Pump was properly replaced because I drove it home, (i had to hotwire it directly to the battery terminal so i could get my *** home), Im thinking it might be the relay, and ideas?

Replace the whole cluster, sounds like it's gunked.

Wiring probably is messed up to fuel pump or the fuses?

TAS Auto or Honda for the cig

 

I checked all the fuses, they are all good. That was my next idea to replace the wiring/pump all together.
