Default Stretched Headbolts causing oil/coolant mix?

Hey ya'll heres the background.

-Had oil in coolant
-Replaced head gasket, still mixed somehow.
-Had head checked, it was cracked, bought a new one had it checked and resurfaced.
-Bought new headgasket, threw it all back together.
-Flushed fluids and all and it still ended up mixing again(oil and coolant).

Could it be the headbolts? Or could it be a cracked block?H23 92 has 150,000 miles on it the motor.

How did the headbolts feel when you torqued them down?

Did you straightedge the block?

Probably the block. The headbolts are not TTY and are reuseable..
