Jim it really sucks the old girl had to go out like this She's been good to you but sometimes you need to put them out to pasture.

no way......Jumping Jim...i seriously hated/admired your racing skills....i never ever wanted to be lined up against you cause i knew you'd kill me at the lights. please....still come out and support the imports cause you truly were one of the few guys(old school imports in the west coast) that have been there from the beginning...as far as boti(idrc) goes....i always expected to see the ghia racin....

 

Jim... sad to hear what happened with the car. Glad your ok though. When I was bracket racing in the 90s, I hated to line up against you too, like SOCH said. haha.
I'd purposely wait to be the last guy on that bracket lane jus so I dont have to end up lining up against you. HAHA.

Time to build a honda.

 

my boy is going to love to hear this...you have caused him grief over the years in pomona, palmdale, and fontana. it always seemed you guys would pair up almost at every race.

So sad to see one of SoCal's legendary bracket cars go down. You should build another one exactly the same color and everything.
