Default take tranny out or keep it in? just look and see...

so i am keeping my h23a1 tranny and bolting it up to my jdm h22... when taking the engine out should i pull the tranny with it by disconnecting the axles? or should i disconnect the tranny and just pull the long block out and then bolt the jdm h22 long block to it?????? tell me what is easier?

I think its easier to pull them both out

Much easier to remove and install the trans out of the car. Also easier to drop back in the car.

Yep, you will save yourself a whole lot of trouble by just pulling the motor and tranny together.
