Default Any differences between OBD2A and OBD2B ITR engine harnesses?

I searched around but most of the info was for other trim levels/cars and even then wasn't very clear.

Are there any differences between the two engine harnesses? If so, can one be made to work with the other?

main difference is the lack of tach wire on the obd2b harness.

On the interior harness, yes. But are the plugs at the end of the engine harness different as well?

the only difference between obd2a and obd2b harness's are the blue tach wire (big one on bottom of plug) is absent from obd2b but is on obd2a harness's
