Between these 2 brands, NRG vs Ingall, which one of these engine dampers are better in quality and fitament for the '94-'01 Integra. Thanks.

 

i have a nrg one...but have no idea how or where to install it in the engine...idk which bolts...=/

 

I have an Ingall on my 01 GSR. Works great and very easy to install. Bolts on the top of the strut tower on the drivers side.

very easy total of 6 bolts 4 on the car and 2 on the dampner and no vibration at all in the car

I have the Ingall. Reduced wheel hop a ton. Strongly recommend it.

are these worth buying for a gsr with i/h/e? engine moves a ton when i rev it i dunno what thats about, thought it might be the mounts or something.

 

I added my damper after a few other changes to help with wheel hop when I use to Drag Race regularly. At the time I only had I/H/E as well.
1. Better tires
2. ITR LSD
3. Engine Damper
If your engine is moving a "ton" check the mounts. I'm not sure if a ton is 1/2" or 2"? If you are having difficulting shifting your trans mount may be bad.
