Default Whats the name of this gasket??

I need the gasket that goes in the header, not the one that goes from the engine to the header. I have the stock header, its between the first piece and the second piece. It has 3 screws that hold on to the two pieces. Sorry, bad desciption dont know how else to describe it.

thanx!

It's the gasket that goes from header to front pipe. Dealership is not going to have it. You'll need to make a drawing of it and take it to a local auto parts store. They'll know it for sure if they have an import performance guru. HOpefully they'll have one in stock. IF not, you can always get something called Gasket maker/paper and create one yourself. Not the best solution but it worked for me temporarily while they ordered one in.

No idea where or how they got one in. This was over 5yrs ago.

I got mine from the dealer, although I bought the whole gasket kit that included EVERYTHING - head gasket, valve cover gasket, manifold gaskets, etc. Anyway, ya, the dealer should have it.

Yup, call the dealership. If they don't have it, they can order it and have it within 4 days.

hey,

So this part number did in fact work for you on the exhaust? I'm a little confused because the part number is two small little circle gaskets, instead of one whole gasket.. Someone on this thread stated that the two circle gaskets don't work. I'm a little confused. Do they or don't they?

Because the one o'reilly's has this, and it appears look a lot more like what it's actually suppose to be... So you had success using the two small ones?
