Default koni yellows/ ground control. locking nuts fell off while driving

i was driving and heard some metal clinking and then something fell off under the car. thought it was some exhaust bolts, but i popped the hood and saw this:

suppose to look like this (other side):

got these off the crx, but only the bushing fits:

i'm wondering how this could even happen. there were 2 nuts locking a washer and a bushing down. anybody know what thread pitch those nuts are? or diameter of the washer?

i did hear some very faint metal clinging over the last 2-3 days, i thought it was just the rear x bar acting up, but this happened

wow, this had happened to me around november last year. I don't know what had caused it either. strange, but good to know that I was not the only one. Just go to your local hardware store and get to nuts to replace the 2 you lost.

i dont know the thread pitch, i just took one of the nuts off the back shock and used some tape on the threads on top of the nut so it wont come loose again

take a nut to the hardware store and they should be able to tell you the thread pitch and such.
