taking off the rear shock/spring assembly...
i'm lowering my car as we speak, but i'm having trouble to take off the rear shock/spring fork for my DA....
any tips on how to loosen that bitch? please respond asap... my car is on the stand and i need to finish this by 12...

well first of all i always use a pry bar or you can use a long extension. you can pick up a good one at harbor freight for 5 bucks.
next you obviously take out the bolt that connects the lower control arm to the shock. remove it.
third i loosen the two bolts from the camber arms and then remove them. this lets you pry against the trailing arm and just push the whole trailing arm down as much as you can and pull out the assembly. its way easier though if you use a pry bar. good luck dude!

yeh, but what happens when the bolt to the lcas gets stripped... =\...
i'm using the crow bar to pry it out, but the lower hat of the fork gets jammed with the metal attached to the brakes... and it doesnt' let me twist the fork out..
