Default 01 Teg GSR w/ LS VTEC swap Car has a miss please help!!!!

I just bought an 01 GSR teg with an ls vtec swap. It also has comptech header and shortram intake with skunk 2 manifold and throttle body and an apexi cat back exhaust. I was driving home from work yesterday and it started missing. At first it was when i was going a steady speed or deccelerating. Now on the way to work this morning it got real bad and my vtec doesn't seem to be kicking in. Car has new NGK Irridium plugs and NGK wires. I just got the car 2 weeks ago and now i'm having all these problems here is a copy of my previous post.
I just purchased an 01 Teg GSR with an LS VTEC swap done to it. It has Skunk 2 manifold and throttle body, comptech short ram intake and header with an Apexi cat back exhaust. The problem I am having is that every time I get the car in traffic the temp rises to the point that if I don't pull over and let it cool down it will over heat. I checked the basics. The fans work, I replaced the thermostat, did a compression check and leak down test and everything was normal. But for some reason when in traffic the car gets hot and I lose coolant somewhere. No oil in coolant and no coolant in oil and no puddles under the car or steam. Thought sure it was a headgasket but after compression and leakdown test were good I am real confused. I can take the car out and romp on it hard as long as I am not in traffic its fine no matter how hard I run it but get in traffic and it heats up. Anyone have any ideas what is happening or what could be causing this???

Anyone out there have any ideas?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

sounds like someone sold you there problem.

For the overheating issue, more than likely a headgasket issue. The mis firing...maybe the ignitor

Head gasket for both problems. If you're not spilling coolant somewhere, then you're burning it in the cylinders, hence the misfire.

coolant issue was figured out it was a bad water pump. Fixed that and the car still has a miss. Seems worse at low rpms and when deccelerating. Changed plugs and reset the ecu and still same problem

also tried dry gas and injector cleaner still same issue. Much worse at low rpm and when deccelerating.

Its your ignition control module that distributor doesn't handle low rpm is going out is it on when its low rpms and kinda stumbles when you slow down take it to oreilly's they can test it
DEFINATELY IGNITION MODULE INSIDE THE DISTRIBUTOR I HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THE THEY HAD AN EXPOSED WIRE IN MY DISTRIBUTOR FROM THE REWIRE IT WOULD KEEP GOING OUT AND THATS HOW ITS REACTED BECAUSE ITS GOT LOW RPMS AND HIGH RPMS IF YOU HAVE NO PROBLEMS I BELIEVES ITS LIKE PAST 4500 RPM THEN THATS YOUR PROBLEM
