im having a fuel pressure problem after swapping to an f22b1 in my 92 accord.....if i start the car and let it run it will bog down and sometimes stall but if i put a pair of vice grips on the line coming off the fuel pressure regulator(the big one on the bottom)....my mechanic told me theres definitely a fuel pressure problem and we tried another regulator with the same results....he also said it could be a bad fuel pump but wasn't sure......i would appreciate any input this is a real stumper

 

There IS a test port on the end of the fuel rail so you can hook up a gauge to check the pressure.

That would tell the tale.

You sure of the FPR vacum line is hooked up correctly?

 

almost positive it is....i will have to test the pressure
