i would just go for the ebay one...i know your on a budget but you would pay 5-10 from a junkyard and they wont guarantee it works nor will they let you bring it back if it doesn't....but thats just my .02

spend the $25 on ebay ... that's what I did. I know you're on a budget, but believe me, you're not going to want to have to change it out again if the one from the junkyard doesn't work. that **** ain't easy to get at ...

You guys are crazy, I would buy it from the junk yard if they had one. Most of the time they have stock cars there and for the most part nothing is ever missed with on a small part like that. Hell, you could even place it in your sock and walk out with it if you wanted too. I just know that I have bought a lot of parts from junk yards and have had very little problems with them.

Yep, you could just pocket it.

I would take it from a junkyard, it's just a revolving gear.

Even if your junkyard doesn't let you take it back
just pocket it. But buy something else so it's not obvious

LoL, let's don't get all butt tight about pocketing something from the junk yard now. Not like there going to miss the part any way and more likely they didn't pay crap for the car in the first place. If no one gets that part then it just get smashed with the whole car and sent to the scrap metal yard. At least that's how they do it here where I am from.

Know what? Keep it up chief. I honestly don't care if it's a $1 part or a $200 part.

Pick and Pull paid for the car and expect you to pay for it.

Stealing is stealing.

Muffin man is right. Most of the time when you pull a small part and go to the yard man and ask him what he wants for it he tells you to just take it. Those other guys remind me of someone who beats his kids if they don't shoplift something when they go to the store.
