manual to auto
So heres the deal I have a friend that needs to get her car back on the road and I have never done this but what do you need to convert from manual to auto trans. I know this is backwards of what people do but she does not know how to drive 5sd and I got an old b18b that she is buying from me.

Search for an auto to manual swap and do it backwards. If her motor is bad, all you need to do is swap the block over and swap the old hardware over. IE, flexplate instead of flywheel...

Reading the post, it seems like you're saying that you have a manual b18b1 and want to put it in her auto car. I would think that all you would need is a auto tranny and the "auto clutch," bolt it on the manual motor, and put it in the car. Manual and auto long blocks are the same. If you're puttin it in another integra, then use all her old auto parts and it should be a straight swap.
