Will an LS oil pan fit in place of a GSR oil pan?

I've heard it won't because of the block girdle on the GSR engine, the LS pan won't clear it. Only way to know for sure is to try, but my guess is no.

LS oil pan on gsr block will bolt up but will not clear the oil pick up. The gsr pan is slightly deeper because of the girdle.

As for the ls and b16 are the same pans oil pickups etc... thats why those work
