Hey guys, posting this for a friend to see if there's any interest.
Car for sale is 95 Del Sol S 5 speed with a B18B1 swap. The engine and transmission have approximately 60,000 miles on it. Swap was performed using stock B18 motor mounts and wiring harness. Only drivetrain modifications are an AEM short ram intake setup and a Ractive cat-back exhaust. Car runs great with no hesitations, stalling, misfires, or any sort of problems. Transmission shifts smoothly with no grindin. Gas mileage averages around 32 MPG, with a max of 40 MPG on the interstate. Vehicle has no power steering or air conditioning, but with the vehicle being so light and a targa top, there's really no need for un-needed accessories.
Also, the car has a half-radiator setup, but has no problems with overheating and the interior heat works great.
Body wise the car has a few modications. The car was recently repainted bright red (not sure the paint code, but was repainted within the passed couple years) and had a Skyline R33 body kit installed. It has a set of Z3 fenders, Altezza taillights, and a VIS extractor style carbon fiber hood. The body is in excellent shape with no rust or dents and only a few minor scratches. It also has a touring (or Supra) style spoiler. The top and windows have no leaks either.
Suspension and tire wise the car is pretty simple. Car currently has Neuspeed racing springs and along with that comes a spare set of Bombz racing coil-overs. For rims it has 17" white Motegi MR7's with very little damage, only minor scratches and chips from road use. Tires on the front are Yokohama Parada Spec 2's and the rears are Toyo Proxies. Car sits at a nice height and rides quite well - not too stiff but not too soft.
For interior modifications the car has a set of red and black racing seats as well as a red Tenzo R e-brake handle and red Tenzo R shift ****. The car also has a set of white-faced gauges with the overlay painted red. Interior is in great shape also with no stains or tears in the upholstery and also no broken interior pieces. Interior color is dark gray. Also, all of the windows work perfectly along with all the speakers. Car will come with a JVC aftermarket CD player installed too.
All around the car is very solid and would make a great daily driver or could be turned into a project car. If you've been looking for a clean Del Sol then this is the one for you! Starting price is $5,000 OBO. If you wish to contact me either leave a message here or e-mail me at Templeton_Cody@hotmail.com. Pictures will be posted up tomorrow. Vehicle is available for viewing any time after 5:30 P.M. on the weekdays and pretty much any time on the weekend and is located near Dubuque, IA. Thanks for looking.
