i have an 88 CRX with a B18a and an a1 tranny but i dont think the tranny is gonna last to much longer, especially with my driving style, and im currently out of a job and have no money but i have an L3 tranny lying around and i was wondering if i would be able to swap it in for the time being till i get either a YS1 or rebuild my current tranny, i need to know if my axles would work with the L3 and if it would be able to hold up to the power, any help would be appreciated

 

an L3 trans is built for a d series motor there for it will not bolt up to your dohc ls. Also you may want to watch how you drive your car especially since as you stated you have no job or money....
