Default Two questions bout DA with a B16.

I was merging on the highway, and hit vtec and noticed white smoke. So about 10 min later, I was on the road my house is on and hit vtec in 1st and 2nd gear with no smoke. Should I worry?

I need a new shifter cause someone before me cut the freakin threads off... Do I need a short shifter for a 92 DA, or for a B16 tranny?

vtec engines are known to smoke from time to time. mine does when I mash on the throttle heading towards redline. you need a short shifter for the DA. don't worry about the b16 tranny, it will bolt up fine.
