Default b16a2 vs h22

i own a civic vti (i live in scotland think it is the same as your si-r)with a b16a2 turbocharging has come to mind but cant decide which would offer most power gains most obvious would be b16 but what do you guys think,would love to wipe the smile off imprezza drivers faces for good

stock B16a turbo @ 9psi w/ hondata ecu.
243whp 167ftlbs

should be faster than an H22 swap if the H is stock.

ok so looks like i might stick with the b16 can you guys suggest a good turbo manifold supplier to take a T3/4 turbo,ecu as for pipe work, fitting etc i am a qualified mechanic so no problems there.we dont have stringent police checks or smog tests like the usa so getting pulled isno hasstle

Look into a DRAG, or Rev Hard kit.

would rather buy the parts as the cash becomes avaliable,i can get my hands on o garrett T4 turbo from a RS500 ford sierra cosworth fully rebuilt with 360 degree bearings for roughly 500 dollars
