Default 07 Si Brake Problem???

hey guys,
I bought the car last year and I've noticed that if I go over a bumpy road and press the clutch and brake at the same time. I heard some noise coming from the brake. It's kindda like when you stretch a spring and you pluck it. So i was wondering if it's suppose to be that way or ????
