Default Stumped Again: 91' Hatch still won't start!!!

it turns over doesn't start.

it gets:
-spark in all 4
-has compression in all 4
-main relay primes/clicks
-tested ecu and distributor in running obd1 car
-used plug wires from a running car
-triple checked and added another ground

A little history about the car.
It's a 91 civic dx, converted to obd1 with rywire harness.
Mini-me - b2 bottom/z6 head
Has small wire tuck. (relocated fusebox)
Car had been sitting for about 10 months before i changed the headgasket etc. and ran perfectly fine beforehand. I went through and re-soldered all the cut connections.

Any help would be appreciated, i know it's kind of vague.

Check for: Spark, Fuel, Timing, Compression.

If it has all of these it will at least try to run.

Since you have spark and compression, my bet is on timing since you changed the headgasket. You probably didn't line up the cam/crank pulley right.

cam/crank timing are dead on.

i'm thinking my injectors might have gotten clogged. it sat for atleast 7-8 months before i let the fuel pressure out . is that possible?

I've never had fuel injectors get clogged. Have you checked to make sure it has fuel pressure as someone has advised? And the firing order is right?

what fuel rail did you use?? sometimes people do mini me swap and mpfi swap and they use the z6 fuel rail with the dual port nut to hold the fuel line on, you cant use one of those because gas will not enter the fuel rail.

also check if the firing order is right.

good luck

Are you sure the main relay is good?

When my car sat for a year, it went bad and was a pain to find as I had just swapped in a B16a and the car ran fine before it sat.

I would definately recommend changing it out with a known working relay or opening it up and seeing if the joints have cracks around them.

This is easy to check and could save you alot of time and effort.

Do it.

I check all the wires and fuses. Maybe you blew a fuse. Are you getting fuel?

it clicks both times when key is turned to acc. so i'm guessing it's good. i'll pull it and check it out.

will be checking fuses today.. when i relieve fuel pressure on the filter fuel comes out and i pulled the fuel rail off and pulled injectors out, fuel came out of the injector slots.

i'm guessing it's related to the wire tuck or ecu...check for some corrosion or loose connections
