yes they are both b-series motors so it will fit.

just because they're both b-series doesn't really mean anything. the 94-99 gsr has a different length header. But you're in luck, 'cause the 00-01 gsr had the same length as the itr/ls. so yes, it'll fit.

x2. to clarify, all headers/catalytic converters/exhausts for integras will fit across the board - as long as you match up the correct years/models. the ones to really watch out for are the ones for 94-99 gsr's, as they, like ^ said, have different length pipes. so if you run anything that was intended for a 94-99 gsr on any other integra, make sure you have the rest of the 94-99 piping and you'll be fine - or else get ready for some modification.

I don't know, they designed the 94-99 gsr to have a shorter header and longer b-pipe.

Meaning when I eventually upgrade to a built GSR engine for my LS (for which I already have header, hi flow cat, exhaust..) I will need to modify it? (Taking into account that the GS-R motor will fall between 1994-1999?

In that case, considering cat converter and exhaust are Magnaflow, I will probably just buy a cheaper header and make any necessary alterations to that.

If you already have the header, cat, and exhaust, you won't have to change anything. It will all bolt right up to your new GS-R engine.

Padawan,

Thanks! I was just concerned because the above conversation mentioned the exhaust tubing being different on the 96-00 gsr's, however it makes sense that if the header mount is the same size as the headers t will work. A b block is a b block right?

it will not fit right. take it to an exhaust shop and have them fix the piping length. it'll be like 20-30 bucks.

You don't unless you get the 94 gsr header, 94 gsr catalytic converter and 94-99 gsr exhaust piping.
