What would make the fue pressure spike from 32 psi to 100 psi? If I rev the engine the pressure will spike to 100+ and stay there after I let off the fuel. The car will idle realy rough and stall. If I restart the engine the pressure will return to 32 until I rev the engine, and then it will go back to 100+ and stay there until I shut it off or it stalls? I replaced the fuel filter but the problem still remains.
