I wash my car every friday, and I have a Fujita cold air intake. Hell, I've even autocrossed in the rain countless times. (STANDING WATER)

As long as you don't put the intake tube in a bucket of water you should be fine.

If the cars not running you have nothing to worry about. Rain won't be a problem either. If the filter get's submerged while the car is running it will hydrolock when the water travels throught the throttle body and into the engine. If you're worried about puddles you can also put the clutch in while going through deeper water and coast for a little after that to keep the engine safe.

u should be ok less chance of water getting in it if it has no flat level spots in the tubing like the s2000, friend took off the aem that came on his S and found lots of water in the bottem half of the intake

I don't worry about it, after I've driven through puddles at Autox's at WOT.

wouldn't sell it to ya if it couldn't get wet. you'll be straight as long as your car isnt running and you take hours to wash your car near the hood and engine bay
