I have a 93 integra. i'm swapping out the stock 93 ls with like a 95, which i've put new p73 itr pistons in, and crower stage 2 403's. I'm going to be putting a b16 s1 tranny in with it. Also have underdrive pulleys, intake and header/exhaust. I haven't got any ecu work done, and not sure which will be best. I haven't acquired any adj. cam gears yet...
I drive about 60 freeway miles per day to and from my university, and also substanial in town time. I'm wondering possibly what kind of mileage this could bring, which I know only some kind of estimate could be given, and also whether the 93 ls 5th gear could be swapped into the b16 s1, or if it would be better for the type of driving that I do. Also, would that swap grind into 5th gear; I've heard that it does.
Any help or advice would thouroughly be appreciated. I've finally signed up and have the newb status, but have perused this site for awhile now. thanks for all information already!

welcome to h-t. sorry i have no real answer for your question.there are really too many variables to answer your question accurately. bottom line is you did all the work so regardless of any anwer you get here, your keeping your setup. run it and let us know what you find.

 

Thanks for the welcome and some input. I understand there are a lot of variables to the question. I guess at this point, I'm mostly wondering about how the transmission will perform, and whether it'd be worth it to swap the ls gears into it. also, whether they would work, as i've read that maybe only the 90-91's will. And, what kind of fmu would be good to run with my stock ecu to upgrade, as it is obd1 which is a plus.
