Before I answer your questions, I will advise that you either find a copy or purchase the ETMs for the 94-97 and 98-01 Integras. That'll help you a lot if you are going to go through with these tasks.
Question 1: The underdash harness will plug in to the engine harness.
Question 2: You need to find the pinouts for both ABS systems and rewire it according to plug/pin location using an obd2 abs plug...Or just find yourself an obd2 ABS harness and computer....
The choice to remove or retain ABS is entirely up to you. They didn't have it in the RS. so I would think it would be alright to do without. You'll just have to remove all the ABS lines from your engine bay and replace them with the lines and prop valve from an RS integra.
