Urgent help, please - Engine won't turn to set TDC
91 civic DX 1.5 - Timing belt replacement
I tried to set the TDC several times and passed the mark and now, the engine won't turn to set the TDC. Did I turn it too many times? How can I set the TDC mark now?
Thanks

the crankshaft is not turning at all? is the camshaft turning? you need to be careful setting everything to TDC. did you encounter some hard resistance the last time it turned? you may have bent something. what are you turning it with?

The crankshaft pulley is turning, but the camshaft pulley with the 'UP' mark is not turning at all to where I can set TDC to the mark. Using socket set.

set the crank pulley to tdc and then set ur cams to where they should be....align the white marks next to each other...the up arrows are just references...the white marks on ur cams determine where they need to be set
