hfp help

hey i just got a hfp kit off of someone i saw this part for the side skirt on the instructions can someone tell me what it is and if i really need it thanks http://i22.photobucket.com/alb...2.jpg

yes u do need it...i believe its a bracket to hold the skirt to the car

The silver strip with adhesive gets put on the side of the car then you basically slide the skirt on to that bracket and screw it in on the ends.

Get the instructions from Honda.
