swap need help

i got a 95 b16 swap that i put in but i need a p28 or p30 ecu. i buying a ecu from my guys friend but it says PR3 J01 is a manual or auto ecu and whats the difference with the PR3 and a p30 ecu

as far as i know, pr3 is first gen and p30 is second get b16 as for the ecu being auto or manual i dont know..
